Experience The Gorgeous
Veneto Region Of Italy
With Christina And Robert
May 4 – 14, 2027

We happily hosted a trip, and stayed at this luxurious villa back in 2019, in the pristine and relaxing Veneto region of Italy. Veneto is a diverse northeastern Italian region stretching from the Dolomite Mountains to the Adriatic Sea, serving as a major hub for art, history, and wine. With mysterious Venice as its capital and gorgeous Verona as its largest city, it is renowned for Gothic architecture, the Prosecco hills, Lake Garda, Padua, and of course, Romeo and Juliet.
We can’t wait to share this experience with you!
OUR Villa
In the heart of the Venetian countryside, near Venice and Ferrara, but away from pollution and noise, within minutes of Rovigo and the Po Delta, family owned Agriturismo Millefiori Corte delle Rose welcomes guests in a family environment.
The grounds are adorned with literally thousands of flowers, and their own gardens where they grow fresh produce for use in the villa’s kitchens; not to mention a large swimming pool. There are beautiful walking and bike paths as well.
Our Itinerary
Where do we begin…there is so much to see and do in Veneto. We’ll of course visit and tour Verona, and see Juliet’s Balcony, and explore Piazza delle Erbe; we’ll go to Padua, (here Christina had the best espresso drink of her life), and view Giotto’s frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel, and visit Saint Anthony’s Basilica, and enjoy the large Prato della Valle square; we’ll visit the Lake Garda region, as well as some of the cities on the lake; we’ll go to Vicenza and Treviso, along with the Prosecco Hills for wine tastings; and we’ll do a day trip, via train to Bologna…and so very much more…maybe even a day in La Serenissima, Venice herself.

The Food
I hope you know us well enough to know that we will be dishing up the best that the Veneto region of Italy has to offer at amazing restaurants, as well as in our own kitchen at the villa. Plant-based or not, you’ll find something luscious to satisfy your desires at the table.
Cooking alongside Christina, and joining you on many of your daily excursions is our dear friend, and exquisite plant-based chef, Patrick Verre.
Trained and schooled in France and Belgium, seasoned in NYC, Patrick’s cooking style has evolved with the trends for the last 15 years. Many years ago, he turned his head to the correlation between food and health, and a wholesome plant based lifestyle, and hasn’t looked back.
Patrick is both Cornell University and Macrobiotic Kushi Institute certified.
