Ireland has it all for your vacation. From the haunting beauty of the pure, unspoiled landscapes to the drama of the coastline to the urban buzz of this beautiful country’s dynamic cities. Mix all this with the magic of thousands of years of myth, legend, culture and history and you have the makings of a perfect holiday adventure in a country that never fails to surprise.

OUR MANOR HOUSE

After 3 sightseeing days in the bustling city of Dublin, we travel to our home for 6 nights, the Clare-Klondell Home in County Clare in the west of Ireland.

This elegant home offers the quiet of the green lands so characteristic of our fantasies about Ireland. Comfortable, cozy and modern at the same time, this lovely manor will be our home base during the tour.

OUR ITINERARY

Our Irish adventure begins in Dublin where we will stay at The Brooks Hotel. From this home base we will take in the sights and experience the best of Dublin, including a tour of historical treasures like Trinity College and Dublin Castle. We’ll see Georgian row homes and tour the Guinness Storehouse and The Malahide Castle Gardens.

All with our own personal guide and driver who will take great care that we don’t miss a thing throughout our entire adventure.

After three glorious days exploring Dublin, we’ll move on to the County Clare and settle into Clare-Kondell Home for the coming days, we’ll visit the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and the village of Doolin before returning to the manor house for a home-cooked meal.

Each day will show us new marvels, from the Ring of Kerry to the Blarney Stone to the Connemara Cliffs to Limerick. Our tour ends in County Meath where we will stay for 1 night and tour Bective Abbey and other historic sites before returning home, magical memories implanted in our hearts and souls.

THE FOOD

I hope you know me well enough to know that my crew and I will be dishing up the best Ireland has to offer in our own kitchen, for two meals daily, in Clare. Our luscious plantbased feasts at the manor house are supplemented by one meal eaten in the city we are visiting on any given day; (and yes it is all inclusive). Robert and I have planned delicious menus to be enjoyed as we take in the magnificent views of this magical, mystical country.
