A Time for Re-Birth

It’s been months and months of lockdowns, social distancing and masks. We have been afraid of…everything. We miss our people, our jobs, our families and our lives. But it’s spring and while we can’t grow complacent and let our guards down just yet, spring means playing outside again; getting our hands dirty in the garden and turning our faces to the sun. In this class, we’ll refresh and reboot our cooking and eating for the brighter days ahead.
