Pizza and Toppings (Two Session Class)

Time for some kitchen fun, Italian style! Get your pizza on! In this ode to the Italian love of food, we discover the joys of making whole grain bread and pizza dough, along with some fun toppings, from scratch. Easy and delicious, you’ll never order out again.

November 1, we’ll begin by learning about sourdough starter, and we’ll make a starter, along with instructions for feeding it over the week. From there, we’ll make a classic Neapolitan pizza dough, and while the dough rises, we’ll make a classic Italian soup or two to complement your bread and pizza making skills!

November 8, we’ll feed our sourdough starter that we began on November 1 and begin making a delicious sourdough bread.
