Molini di Pepe Classic Taralli

Tarallo may have originated in Greece as a kind of hard bread but Italy has taken this simple treat to new levels. Bisco has crafted these specialty “tarallini” in Pugila, in the south of Italy. Low in calories, small in size, these crisp, savory biscuits are the perfect accompaniment to any appetizer, on the side of soups or with salads…or as a snack. We eat them like candy in our house!

Made from 00 wheat flour, white wine, olive oil, salt, and sourdough.
