They Don't Call It Magical for Nothin'
There’s a reason that Tuscany is so special, from the burnt siena light (yes, that Siena) to olive groves and the rolling hillside of Chianti and exquisite vineyards as far as the eye can see. From Etruscan history to works of art that changed human destiny, Tuscany is as magical a place as you will ever experience...yes, experience. People don’t just travel to Tuscany, they are changed by the experience of this most special region of a most special country. Start your trip virtually with this video.
We always stay in the most exquisite villas in the region; all have private rooms and bathrooms and are situated in the most picturesque regions, with surrounding landscapes dominated by the Tuscan hills, covered with olive groves, and vineyards that reach right through the windows of each apartment as if you were living in a painting.
Villa di Masseto is a luxurious country house in the village of Olmo, outside Florence and Fiesole. With a pool and comfy seating areas, gardens and outdoor areas to roam and chill out, our little ‘home’ for the week will be your little slice of Italian heaven. www.villadimasseto.it
Visits to Florence and Siena are musts, both including exclusive guided tours, and plenty of free time for shopping or just relaxing at a local café. We leisurely tour the beautiful Chianti countryside with stops in several enchanting cities (with both wine and olive oil tastings, of course). Plus some off-the-beaten-path delights you won’t experience on any other tour.
I hope you know me well enough to know that my crew and I will be dishing up the best Tuscany has to offer in our own kitchen, for two meals daily. Our luscious plant-based feasts at the villa are supplemented by one meal eaten in the city we are visiting on any given day; (and yes it is all inclusive). Robert and I have planned delicious menus to be enjoyed under the Tuscan skies in our own little piece of paradise.
