I have been watching your show and I love it. I have been into eating more vegetables over the years, esp. grilling or baking with oil and sea salt, but I need recipes for more variety. You are the tops in that department. And, I love your style and how you speak to the benefits the body gets from the vegetables, grains, beans etc. and how they react in the body. You are knowledgeable and I am glad I found you. Keep up the good work.
