I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful, informative cooking show and all the good that you do and have done to make all of us aware of healthy eating for ourselves and others. I have written to you before and have ordered several of your books. I use "Cooking the Whole Foods Way" as my main recipe source for cooking now! My daughter became vegan about 18 months ago and I could not find a single doctor or nutritionist here, in our town, to help us with following a vegan diet properly. I literally stumbled upon your show on Create one morning. Needless to say, I was hooked. I am a retired registered nurse and have taken nutrition classes in my studies but that was back in the day! I also have MS and now incorporate better eating habits that I have learned from you to help me with this disease. I sincerely can't thank you enough for all your help!
