Christina is funny, engaging and very knowledgeable about vegan cooking. Since I've been watching Christina Cooks for the past two months, I've been inspired to try something new from the show each week. I tried the To-Fu Young recipe which was absolutely delicious. My book club meets monthly and we bring a dish. This month the hostess asked us to pick a country and bring a dish accordingly. I selected China because I wanted to make To-Fu Young again. At first the ladies were skeptical but as they ate all I heard was "OMG this is good..." and "This is tofu?" "I never thought tofu could taste so good." "This is the bomb diggity girl, I want the recipe." Although I doubled the recipe, there were no leftovers and nothing to take home. The ladies ate every bit and wanted more.
