Christina's Cooking Classes
There are three delicious ways to master the art of natural plant-based cooking with Christina: Cooking Experiences, Hands-On Classes and Three-Day Intensive Study Programs.
The Wellness Intensive
This one-of-a-kind residential program is designed to give you the knowledge and understanding you need to get started (or re-inspired) on your path to a life of wellness.
From the beginner to the seasoned cook; whether you’re healthy or trying to regain your health, there’s a place for every skill level in this unique residential program that combines lecture, demonstration and hands-on classes over a long weekend. We live, eat, debate, discuss and cook together over 3 days resulting in a bonding and a deepened understanding of how food works to create (or steal) health and wellness.
Using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will taste natural food at its most luscious. And here’s the best part. From the energetics of food to knife skills, cutting styles, menu-planning, diagnosis and more, you’ll develop and deepen your knowledge so you can cook your way to wellness once we all head home.

Thursday: check in after 2 pm.
Program begins at 4:30 pm with orientation and lecture with Christina, after which a delicious dinner is served (prepared by her partners in crime).
Friday: Breakfast class begins at 7:30 am, serving what we prepared at 9 am, with class beginning at 10:30 and going until 5:30 with a break for lunch (all made from class recipes). After dinner, we will host a discussion group.
Saturday: Breakfast class begins at 7:30 am, serving what we prepared at 9 am with class beginning at 10:30 and going until 1 pm, followed by lunch made from class recipes. Then the afternoon is yours to explore our surroundings.
Dinner is at 7:30 pm on Saturday evening at the inn.
Sunday: Breakfast is served at 9 am with checkout at 10 am.
These delicious hands-on classes will rock your world! Completely unique, they offer you the chance to learn to create classic Italian-style dishes with a twist.
