Christina's Cooking Classes

Ain’t that the truth! We need to dine well and to do that we must learn to cook well. 

There are three delicious ways to master the art of natural plant-based cooking with Christina: Demonstration Classes, Hands-On Classes and Three-Day Intensive Study Programs.


Demonstration classes

These full-on demonstration classes with Christina Pirello will tantalize your taste-buds with voracious vegan cooking! Using fresh, seasonal ingredients with her unique kitchen wisdom and understanding of how food works Christina will guide you on your path to create health and expand your food repertoire…and your palette. If that’s not tempting enough, you’ll sample yummy generous tastings of the dishes prepared in class as well as receive the recipes. Don’t miss a single one! Wellness never tasted so good!

2015/2016 Dates

Three-Day Hands-On Intensive

This one-of-a-kind program is designed to give you the knowledge and understanding you need to get started on the path of healthy cooking. From the beginner to the seasoned cook; whether you’re healthy or trying to regain your health, there’s a place for every skill level in this unique class. Combining lecture, demonstration and hands-on classes over a three-day period, Christina will have you cooking healthy…and delicious meals in no time. Using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will taste natural food at its most luscious. And here’s the best part. From the energetics of food to knife skills, cutting styles, menu-planning, diagnosis and more, you’ll take this knowledge home so you can cook your way to wellness. 

The program begins Friday afternoon at 2:30 PM with orientation, followed by lecture, Q&A and a delicious dinner prepared by Christina’s assistants (ending between 7:00 and 8:00 PM). Saturday and Sunday classes begin at 8:30 AM and end at 5:30 PM both days.

Hands-On Classes

These delicious hands-on classes will rock your world! Completely unique, they offer you the chance to learn to create classic Italian-style dishes with a twist. They are healthy, natural and all deeply grounded in using whole unprocessed ingredients. From pizza to cannoli, pasta to bread, these classes offer you a little piece of La Dolce Vita cooking with the freshest and most delicious ingredients of the season.

You can’t have change without change. It’s that simple. We must change the way we think about food if we are going to change our health. Food in its natural state is gloriously luscious. It can satisfy us on every level. You just have to change how you think about it.

In this series of classes, I hope to give you a new perspective so you can change your relationship with food.
