A really good balsamic vinegar is an ingredient that completes a well-stocked pantry. Often, though, they are pricey and precious. 

Balsamic vinegar (Italian: aceto balsamico), is a very dark, concentrated, richly flavored vinegar originating in Italy, made wholly or partially from grape must, freshly crushed grape juice with all the skins, seeds and stems.

The Aceto Balsamico (balsamic vinegar) of Modena we offer is IGP certified with 6% acidity and 1.32 density, aged for 10-12 years ensuring the sweet intensity we have come to associate with balsamic vinegar.
