Wait…what? You can…vape…Vitamin B12? Like…vape?
When I first heard about this new product idea, I was…unsure, shall we say. I wondered if it was hype or smoke and mirrors (see what I did there?) or if this was the real deal.
So I asked my own personal B12 doc (he’s not really only my doc, but I like to think of him that way…my own B12 “fixer” as it were), Dr. Bill Caradonna (an expert on the subject of Vitamin B12) and I was thrilled with his response.

It’s Don’t Fry Day, but it’s not what you think. This is “take care of your skin” day. As Memorial Day weekend is on us and we unofficially kick off the lazy days of summer, think of your precious skin as you head outside to play…and use these tricks to keep glowing from now til Labor Day:
If you drink a lot of coffee, try green tea now and then. Coffee is great (I adore espresso, truly…) but it can dehydrate us leaving our skin looking…dry and sallow.

I am always inspired by my travels in and around Italy…all of the Med, really, but Italy is where my heart lives. I feel my best there, the most natural, the most…me.
In America, Italian food has the reputation of being heavy, oily and smothered in cheese…and nothing could be further from the truth. Italian cuisine is light, seasonal and fresh in many cases. And while they do eat meat and cheese (okay, nobody’s perfect…), they usually match these heavy foods with lots of veggies and whole grains.
