Martinelli's uses a balanced blend of the finest apple varieties, including
the tart-sweet Newtown Pippin, a flavorful variety that has flourished under

In Martinelli's Gold Medal® process, apples are first selected and blended
together for balanced natural sweetness and acidity, then thoroughly washed.
Any below-standard apples are sorted out by hand and trimmed or discarded.
Next, by a special process, the juice is extracted and clarified to retain
