Corn on the Cob - Series 6

What You'll Need
8 each corn on cob, whole
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sea salt

Instructions
Remove tough outer husks, leaving the inside tender husks intact. Pull back husks of each cob, keeping them attached to the end of the cobs. Brush the corn kernels with oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Pull husks back up to cover the kernels. Close the husks around the cobs by tying with cotton string. Place corns on a hot grill and grill, turning frequently, for 7 – 10 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 8 servings.
