Chocolate Chip Cookies - Series 6

What You'll Need
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut meat
1 pinch chili powder
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 cup soy milk
1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
1 cup pecan halves

glaze
1/4 cup soy milk
3 tablespoons brown rice syrup
1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat to 350°.
Combine flour, cocoa, coconut, salt, chili, cinnamon and baking powder
Add oil and syrup and mix well. Add enough soy milk to create cookie dough. Fold in nuts and chips.
Spoon dough onto lined cookie sheet and press to flatten.
Bake 18-20 minutes, cool completely.
Combine soy milk, syrup and heat to foamy. Pour over chips and stir to melt. Pour glaze in squirt bottle and drizzle over cookies.
