Wild Rice with Corn

1 cup short grain brown rice, rinsed well 
1/2 cup wild rice, rinsed well 
1/2 cup fresh of frozen corn kernels 
2 1/2 cups spring or filtered water 
pinch sea salt per cup of grain

Place grains and water in a pressure cooker. Cover loosely and bring to a boil. Add salt, seal cover and bring to full pressure. Reduce heat to low, place pot on a flame deflector and cook for 25 minutes. Turn off heat and leave pot, undisturbed, for another 25 minutes, so the rice can finish the cooking process in steam. Gently stir grain and transfer to a serving bowl.

Makes 4-6 servings.
