Strawberries with Chocolate Ganache

Is there anything lovelier, sexier, more luscious than fresh strawberries dipped in rich, darck chocolate? I think not.

Ingredients
1 quart strawberries
2/3 cup non-dairy, grain-sweetened chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsweetened almond or soymilk
2 tablespoons brown rice syrup

Directions 
Place chocolate chips in a heat-resistant bowl. Heat milk and syrup to a high boil; pour over chocolate and whisk until smooth. Dip each strawberry to coat the bottom two-thirds of each one.
