A great condiment for adding flavor and omega-3 to any dish.
1 teaspoon sea salt
18 teaspoons shelled hempseeds
Dry roast salt in skillet for 3 minutes over low heat. Transfer salt to a morter and pestle bowl and grind until the crystals are quite fine. Dry roast seeds for 3 minutes over very low heat. Combine with ground, roasted salt. Mix well. Transfer to glass jar, cool completely and seal jar.
