Green Papaya Salad
This fresh, crisp salad has a lovely clean taste and is the perfect beginning to any feast.
1-2 tablespoons Suzanne's Specialties brown rice syrup
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1-2 tablespoons organic soy sauce
1 teaspoon avocado oil
2 cups shredded green papaya
6-8 green beans, ends trimmed, split lengthwise
5-6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1-2 chile peppers, seeded, finely shredded
2-3 tablespoons roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Combine salad ingredients, except peanuts and toss with dressing to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with peanuts.
Makes 4-5 servings.
