Tomatillo, Corn and Olive Salsa with Tortilla Chips

A lovely twist on a classic…let’s say it ain’t just any ole’ salsa.
2 cups fresh/frozen corn kernels
4-5 tomatillos, husks removed, do not peel
½ finely diced red onion
2-3 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
1 roasted green bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, minced (remove seeds and spine for less heat)
