You have two choices, as I see it. This can be the year you get it together and get fit, healthy and vital. Or it can be another year of broken resolutions, self-loathing and squeezing into clothes that don’t fit…and of being uncomfortable in your own skin…because you know, deep down where only the truth resides…that you are not doing what you need to do to maintain your health.
Sure, corporate greed is deeply invested in the status quo. Fat cats like us slow, lethargic and ill. Then we don’t question. We just schlub along, too tired to fight for our lives.
Well, it’s way past time, baby. Get off the couch; head to the kitchen and cook some delicious healthy food for your loved ones and you. It’s the first step in taking control; the first step in breaking the stranglehold of junk food, processed food, packaged foods, frozen meals and canned vegetables.
It’s time to have dinner at the table and ditch dinner in a bucket. Let this week of recipes inspire you to begin to create healthy meals every day.
